An exciting opportunity is available for PR Advisor II, Technical & Development, based in Riyadh who will reports directly to the Manager, Hail Operation. Summary:

• As an experienced scientist working within a specific discipline at the first level of management, is responsible for the planning and oversight of research tasks and related activities and the day-to-day management of identified staff and resources.

In this role, you will be responsible of:

1. Create the TDS for all pipes product (Smooth pipe & Spiral pipe & Corrugated pipe).
2. Have a good experience to design all pipe products and fabrication according to customer requirements.
3. Improve the stiffness of the pipe to achieve the customer requirements.
4. Can work with the drawing program to improve the fitting specification.
5. Using a variety of tools to modify pipes specifications.
6. Develop and improve the welding activities way according to customer requirements.
7. Providing guideline for the calculation of pipe specification.
8. Build a good team to make design and create the drawing for all pipe specification.
9. Recommend procedures for facility and equipments.
10. Have a good experience in the project site.
11. Handling the site complaint and can find a good solution for any site problem.
12. Review and recommend modifications to present product development methods.
13. Evaluating prototypes and inspecting finished products to ensure that they are free from any customer complaints.
14. Work closely with the production department to deliver solutions to improve results of product development.
15. Allocating and monitoring of design resource to ensure that quality work will be completed on time and to budget.
16. Gave production team any recommendation to improve the production and reduce the cycle time.
17. Conducts business modelling using market data/factors and competitive intelligence to evaluate trends/opportunities.
18. Assists in defining/implementing SBU and/or corporate strategic direction based on insights from market data/factors.

21. Conducts analyses to evaluate strategic business opportunities or perform financial analysis.

23. Assists in the preparation and drafting of contractual terms related to projects ensuring that all obligations are included.
24. Supervises work, provide guidance and support to junior staff including coaching and training/development.
25. Acts as a point of reference within own area of specialization to ensure continuous development of employees.
26. Ensures assignments are planned, scheduled, executed in an efficient and timely manner for smooth running of function.

Minimum Qualification and Experience: . 20 years of experience with a Degree is desirable. Knowledge & Skills Required:
