Job Description

Position SummaryIncumbent reports to Sales & Marketing Director MENA, Principal responsibilities are:a) Organize and supervise all administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of theKhobar officeb) To support Sales & Marketing Director, MENA and MENA Sales Managers to drive regionalsales team performance & achieve business performance targets.c) To interface with the sister Company and to support all key inter-company activitiesd) To facilitate Customer Service for all GCC clientsMajor Responsibilities of the Position(i) Management of Dubai, UAE & KSA Offices(ii) Sales & Technical Support(iii) Marketing / Promotional Support(iv) Customer ServiceTo provide comprehensive customer service to all GCC regional customer base, through effectiveorder management from Order Acknowledgement through to invoicing, enquiry handling andinformation provision. To accurately record and process all information pertaining to commercialordering and export delivery transactions(v) Other -TBCPosition Requirements? Business degree? Incumbent will demonstrate a mature, assertive nature, is able to manage & prioritise internal& external customer requirements? Experience in customer services, exports, logistics and shipment scheduling is essential.? Knowledge of export regulations and preparation of export documentation is essential.? Experience with shipping under secured methods of payment including cash againstdocuments and letters of credit would be an advantage.? An understanding of duties, taxes and other export-related activities would be beneficial,though not essential.? Experience of shipping hazardous products would be beneficial, though not essential? Experience within a manufacturing background ?would be beneficial, though not essential? A working knowledge of ERP IT systems? Attention to detail, with the ability to manage and multiple tasks? Responsive and adaptable attitude? Understand and ensure customers orders are despatched on time? Good teamwork is essential in order to manage the peaks and troughs of the customerdemand, and to get the best possible response from colleagues and suppliers to resolve customers issues? Experience in an export sales environment with understanding of payment terms andincoterms? Experience/knowledge of Middle East business culture and practices? The job holder should be an excellent communicator especially with external & internalcontacts and be able to work reliably under pressure.? The job holder should characterise the company image of excellence and professional commitment? Ability to work with a diverse cross-functional team based in several international locations isalso critical and the ability to work without supervision
