SummaryEssential Responsibilities and Duties2. Analyses work requests and determines required actions including section responsibility, materials requirements and priorities according to existing guidelines.3. Refers to the supervisor if the report is not within the scope of work for instructions.4. Coordinates UMD assets that required for the completion of maintenance and/or repairs works.5. Coordinates with other departments/sections as needed for the completion of maintenance and/or repair works. Informs the supervisor of any such actions.6. Coordinates between requestor and UMD technicians as needed to facilitate completion of requested maintenance works. 7. Follows all prescribed Hospital and departmental safety and other procedures.8.
