Job Description

The opportunityProject: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding of all aspects of IT delivery.
  • Understanding of Mace Way (Control Centre) processes and recommended tools.
  • Working knowledge of current methodologies and tools related to managing IT projects.
  • Being able to manage negotiations with third parties as an IT delivery specialist.
  • Being able to respond to client/stakeholder requests effectively and sensitively.
  • Having excellent attention to detail and ability to validate and check data and reports, recording and reports produced, providing basic commentary and analysis.
About youYou are excellent in managing others - including delegating, coordinating, appraising, coaching, and developing/mentoring employees with less experience, persuading, and influencing clients, consultants, suppliers, and colleagues, working with others to create and deliver persuasive presentations, tackling problems that dont have an obvious solution. You will always represent Mace in a professional manner. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams.
