You?ll have access to innovative equipment to effectively monitor our wellsites. You will troubleshoot problems and act quickly to ensure efficiency is maintained for our customers.As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:Providing advice and direction to external customer and third-party wellsite colleagues.Communicating technical guidance and advice to customers and third-party wellsite colleaguesSolving often complex drilling problems, by monitoring, analyzing and evaluating incidents using logging and drilling dataProviding resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the wellsite.Having a broad knowledge of the product lines tools and services.Following internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environmentFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have at least 5 years of experience as directional drillerHave RPS (Radiation Protection Supervisor) experience is preferrableShow the ability to perform basic mathematical calculationsShow good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement improvementsBe a positive team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environmentBe fluent in English (oral and written) and excellent all-round communication skillsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.Rotation 6 Weeks On, 3 Weeks OffWorking with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
