Job Description

Role Summary:The Cyber Security Manager supports CFC teams in Attack Surface Management and Incident Response Operations. Responsibilities include managing vulnerability scanning, patch management, incident response, and analyzing security incidents. This role requires expertise in intrusion analysis, triaging protocols, and protecting the cyber ecosystem of CFC clients. The Cyber Security Manager will work within the CFC Team and ensure compliance with SLAs/KPIs/TATs.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage web application penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and server/infra penetration testing.
  2. Prioritize vulnerabilities, propose actions to minimize threats, and provide threat analysis summaries.
  3. Collaborate with IT teams to address security vulnerabilities and incidents in applications.
  4. Conduct investigations of security vulnerabilities and breaches.
  5. Offer expertise in penetration testing, vulnerability testing, and threat intelligence analytics.
  6. Coordinate with clients to understand vulnerability assessment requirements.
  7. Perform initial incident analysis, respond to escalations, and follow CFC standards.
  8. Assist with threat containment during and after incidents.
  9. Investigate incidents using SIEM technology, packet captures, and data analysis.
  10. Improve processes in an agile and fast-paced security environment.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking, or Computer Security, or equivalent with at least nine years of cybersecurity experience.
  2. CISSP, CISA, CISM, or Incident Response/Sentinel (AZ 500, SC 200, etc.) certifications or equivalents.
  3. Advanced understanding of information security, vulnerability management, incident handling and response, and endpoint protection.
  4. Basic knowledge of computer science fundamentals and technologies.
  5. Ability to evaluate and improve CFC services based on people, processes, technology, and business drivers.
  6. Strong understanding of network infrastructure, TCP/IP, and Internet protocols.
  7. Familiarity with security exploits and tools.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Proficiency in firewalls, VPN, intrusion detection and prevention systems, antivirus, content filtering, authentication solutions, switches, routers, VoIP, and DMZ.
  10. Knowledge of NIST Cyber Security Standards and Policies.
