The National Industrialization Company (TASNEE) holds 90% of the companys shareholding, while the remaining shareholding is held by reputed businessmen of the country An exciting opportunity is available for Coordinator IV, Order Processor based in Riyadh and will reports directly to Head of Commercial & Retails.Summary: Our company is looking for a Admin Officer to be Support the sales management and execute the administrative activities inside the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Duties will include reporting all sales activities to management. In this role, you will be responsible of: . Coordinates with the various internal stakeholders to ensure completeness of data and accuracy of information. . Prepares timely and accurate reports for senior management on an ongoing basis. . Ensures all related data recorded in the systems including invoice is accurate so that sales reports and can be relied upon . Produces reports from statistical and sales information . Compiles information into presentation materials, reports and other materials as requested to support business operations. . Monitors day-to-day function plan and prepare the appropriate administrative activities. . Extracts existing data and compiles internal reports as requested to support the function and share information. . Identifies and implements improvements to sales admin process to improve effectiveness and efficiency. . Produces documentation as requested, letters, correspondence, emails, memorandums etc. to support the business unit. Minimum Qualification and Experience: . Diploma Degree in relevant major. . 5 years of relevant rexperience. . Invoices submition, coordinating and MS Office.
