Communicating with Supervisors, Peers and Subordinates
Promote and maintain good working relationships with the relevant team members, administrative staff, Finance, Contracts, Accounting, consultants, contractors and vendors.
Prepare and maintain a database for each assigned contract, that details the current status, contract value, variation orders, directives, payment authorizations, processing of invoices and any other associated documentation required to maintain the process.
