1.˙˙˙˙˙˙Create and execute project work plan / schedule and revise as appropriate to meet changing client needs and requirements2.˙˙˙˙˙˙Identify and plan the resources needed for overall project and specific tasks and assign individual responsibilities to each project staff member3.˙˙˙˙˙˙Manage day-to-day operational aspect of the project and scope; monitor progress against established milestones and take corrective and preventive actions in case of any deviations / delays4.˙˙˙˙˙˙Review all deliverables / submittals prepared by the project team and ensure their timely submission to and approval from the consultant / client; conduct and facilitate team and client meetings effectively to resolve issues5.˙˙˙˙˙˙Ensure adherence to Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental requirements in line with Citiscape?s policies and procedures to minimize the Company?s exposure to possible risks of non compliance6.˙˙˙˙˙˙Monitor project progress and resource utilization on a continuous basis; ensure timely and accurate billing and follow-up with consultant / client regarding unpaid project billsEnsure timely and efficient closeout of the overall project and ensure all project documents / submittals are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
