To ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure (hardware/network/server) at H.O.
Managing and resolving User hardware/software/network related issues in a timely manner.
Providing support for Microsoft Windows, Active Directory Service (ADS) and Applications support (User Level2).
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting email clients like MS Outlook/ Outlook 365.
Installing OS and configuration (Windows10/11 & server 2008, 2012, 2016)
Installation & upgrading of Operating System LAN/ WAN & VPN Management & Support.
Must have basic experience in IP Telephony systems (Cisco, Avaya).
Should have knowledge of Virtualization.
Must have knowledge of C+,C++ and MS access programing.
Support in testing and deployment of new applications and systems.
IT Asset & Inventory Management experienced.
Cyber Security basic experience to implement and compliant with company requirements.
Standard Firewall Management.
Manage Antivirus ( Trend Micro, Quick Heal and Quick Heal Endpoint Security).
Resolve hardware and network connectivity issues.
Local and Network Printer configuration, troubleshooting. (Hp/Canon Network Printers.)
Coordinate with manager to resolve technical problems with Systems & Software requirement.
Internet & LAN configuration, troubleshooting VLANS/Core Switch.
Software troubleshooting update and patch installation.
Maintaining daily reports of the issues attended.
Monitoring the daily backup activity.
