Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Senior Business Analyst (S.BA)?for a leading Consultancy company that specialize in Digital Transformation and communication solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, ambitious Business Analysis professional to take their career to the next level by partnering with a very successful service offering.The job holder will work directly with business and stakeholder personnel to ensure the business requirement very well documented in Business Requirement Document. The job holder responsibilities will include documenting functional & Technical Requirement, Developing workflow, writing business cases, developing prototypes ,etc. This work will consider as part of our Digital Transformation delivery methodology.Responsibilities

  • ?Elicit requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, questionnaires, site visits, business process descriptions, use of case studies, task analysis and workflow.
  • ?Communicate and collaborate with internal and external clients to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
  • Build and configure workflow and procedures.
  • Re-correct and re-develop current workflow and procedures to achieve ease and flexibility with the general objectives of the system.
  • ?Act as an intermediary between stakeholders and the software development team.
  • ?Prepare BRD and deliver to the development and programming team to ensure good implementation for the systems.
  • ?Develop a needs assessment according to standard templates and using a simple and easy language.
  • ?Propose recommendations for systems improvement by examining current practices and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • ??Ensure that appropriate decision-makers participate in the project and are given the opportunity to participate effectively.
  • ?Identify all systems, processes, and stakeholders who will be affected by a business problem and/or appropriate solutions.
  • ?Ensure that all concerns of stakeholders are clear and well known and known to different departments / top management.
  • ?Present available solutions and assisting in the client priorities and its various departments / top management based on the needs.
  • ?Present existing problems and time frames needed to solve them to achieve the best solution.
  • ?Preparing documents and specifications that will serve as a reference guide for the decisions taken and the solutions applied.
  • ??Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • ?Reviewing and analyzing existing business requirements supporting GIS requirements.
  • ?Reengineering business processes to meet new business geospatial requirements.
  • ?Collect functional specifications and design criteria for customers.
  • ?Develop User Stories and Prototypes for business process specifications to support the evolution of Digital Transformation within client organization.
