Job Description

Our client, a market leader in Real Estate & Property Development is seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Advertising Coordinator?You will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales and promotions ?for the projects that assist in achieving the marketing strategies and plans?

  • Understands the facets of the media products and services being offered.
  • Adapt to various sales tactics and approaches planned by the company.
  • Approaches potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means.
  • Hone and delivers a skilled sales pitch to potential clients, either by phone or in person, to secure a sale.
  • Explains the benefits and potential audience of specific media offerings to potential clients.
  • Details pricing and negotiate costs when necessary.
  • Facilitate successful sales by collecting client information and providing order information to the company.
  • Work to maximize sales and meet quotas in the short and long term.
  • ?Coordinate and organize bookings schedule and durations,
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all clients.
  • Assist to develop and implement sales, and advertising strategies and plans.
  • Following-up with the vendors to execute orders (printing and installation posters/removal/replacement) on time.
  • Promote properties using different channels such as advertising in publications, distributing flyers, preparing brochures, developing video presentations and developing other promotional vehicles.
  • Supervise the design and production of marketing and advertising materials to ensure they follow the proper quality and content.
  • Following the internal processes and coordinating with the related departments for submitting the deals, invoicing, until collecting amounts
  • Assist the Marketing & Communication Manager in the development of the Research Plan that details all research activities required with regards to the marketing and advertising activities.
  • Present the advertising plans including executions, media plan, and budget information to the Manager.
  • Assist in the execution of the sales plans set by management and monitor its implementation to ensure successful execution of the objectives and activities.
  • Prepare marketing presentations and reports to the Marketing & Communication Manager.
  • Maintain good relations with marketing advertising companies and other agencies to support the department in its marketing needs.
