They are looking for candidates with either a Civil or Architectural background who have worked for reputed consultancies in the region. Candidates must have worked on large scale residential/ commercial projects and ideally you have had exposure to retail projects. This is an excellent long term opportunity with great benefits.Responsibilities include:

  • preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
  • undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work;
  • assisting in establishing a clients requirements and undertaking feasibility studies;
  • performing risk, value management and cost control;
  • identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks;
  • preparing and analysing costings for tenders;
  • allocating work to subcontractors;
  • analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports;
  • understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.
