Prepare various important and relevant documentation for pre and post contract, as well as collaborate and develop good relationships with clients/stakeholders internally and externally
Check on changes to designs to assess the effects on costs
Assess and recommend payment to contractors during construction
Responsible for daily measurements and documentation of all works carried out on site in preparation for monthly payments applications and submission of final account
Carry out weekly calculations of project statistics to date in respect of earned value, earned man-hours and target costs etc
