Job Description

THE ROLEReporting to the Projects Control Manager.Provide management oversight to the project controls team including the cost andplanning/scheduling functions.Take ownership of the cost control function and ensure integrity of the data beingprocessedPrepare and check Cost estimates for Design, Construction and SupervisionConsultantsInterface with project personnel to develop project forecasts and analyze projectcostsMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, interpret, and implement project management policies and procedures
  • that adhere to project and standards.
  • Apply in-depth working knowledge of planning techniques and utilize Primavera
  • P6 or MS Project for portfolio analysis and management; provide
  • recommendations for improvement of systems.
  • Contribute to the development of Project Execution Plans. Manage quality
  • development of the project controls team that tracks, monitors, and reports all
  • aspects of the projects and project portfolio. Communicate project forecasts to
  • Project Controls Manager.
  • Responsible for project / portfolio updates and reports, schedule forecasts and
  • updates due to impact of change.
