Develop and refine visions and business models for the organization?s Digital products
Define product priorities, DL product roadmap (and interdependencies) and align with CEO
Support Product Owners (POs) in incorporating organization?s strategy and digital vision into their product roadmaps
Partner with the head of digital factory and digital leadership team to develop effective product strategies, visions, and execution plans
Co-create together with Head of Agile Governance (HoAG) and Head of Engineering (HoE) Digital capabilities guidelines: product ownership and product design guidelines, engineering practices
Coach senior leadership and stakeholders on Digital Lab product development approach
Track squads? product management and design maturity and coach them to improve product management and design practices, while providing guidance
Meet business demand with a quality supply of Digital talent: Product owners, designers
Hire, assess performance, coach, prevent attrition, and fire product owners and designers
Propose and initiate agile teams and continuously review the right representation of all required skills in the team
