Very Strong knowledge on Java, UNIX & SQL with?strong leadership skills to drive application teams. Should be familiar with ITIL standards , processes, Level -1 and Level -2 scope of support work. Strong at ITIL process including change, incident management. Should be good at ITSM Remedy & understand SLA & KPI Drive the monthly and quarterly SLA reviews.
