Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and observant Mystery Shopper to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing the customer experience at various establishments, such as retail stores, restaurants, hotels, and service providers, to ensure they are meeting our companys standards. Your findings and feedback will play a crucial role in improving the overall customer experience and helping our clients enhance their services.Responsibilities:

  1. Visit assigned establishments as a regular customer and evaluate the quality of service provided.
  2. Observe and document interactions between staff and customers, noting their responsiveness, knowledge, and professionalism.
  3. Assess the cleanliness and organization of the establishment, including the presentation of products and overall atmosphere.
  4. Follow specific instructions and scenarios provided to accurately evaluate each establishment and report findings in a timely manner.
  5. Provide detailed and objective feedback on your experience, highlighting both positive aspects and areas for improvement.
  6. Adhere to confidentiality agreements and maintain professionalism throughout the evaluation process.
  7. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on evaluation criteria and procedures.
  8. Meet deadlines for submitting evaluation reports.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience as a Mystery Shopper or in a customer service role is preferred.
  2. Excellent observation and analytical skills to assess the customer experience objectively.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide detailed and accurate feedback.
  4. Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
  5. Flexibility to visit different establishments and adapt to various scenarios.
  6. Attention to detail and ability to notice even the smallest aspects of the customer experience.
  7. Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  8. Basic computer skills to submit evaluation reports.
