Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:Responsible to demonstrate Al Borg services and products and give advice to the client on the way to benefit from such services, so he can achieve cost savings.Sales representative has to spend a lot of time going here and there to visit the potential buyers and current clients.?DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:?1. Promote products and services of the company to current and prospective customers.2. Discover sales prospects and contact them with other accounts as assigned.3. Establish and maintain materials relating to sales and knowledge of current products.4. Develop and maintain relationships with current customers and potential customers as well.5. Make preparations of paperwork to put services of the contract into practice and maintain them.6. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.7. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal network, participating in professional societies.8. Deal with complaints from customers as well as dealing with their concerns.9. Follow up on new leads and referrals stemming from field activity.10. Make action plans and schedules to discover certain goals and to make a list of necessary contacts.11. Arrange a number of status reports, for example activities, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals.12. Catch new opportunities, special developments for products and services, collect information as well as feedback thanks to field activity and then coordinate with proper staff of the company.13. Make preparations of presentations, proposals and sales contracts.14. Perform other related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION: B.Sc. (Business Administration - Science - Sales -Pharmacy- Laboratories)?PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE:3 - 5 years in similar position.?Knowledge:1. Knowledge of selling skills.2. Knowledge of Products and Tests.3. Knowledge of customer service concepts & techniques.4. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.5. Knowledge of health insurance market.6. Familiarity with insurance companies.????
