Job Description

Summary of Duties: Helps the company to understand which products are of interest by analyzing marketdata on a local, regional or national level. They determine what consumers are requesting, what gaps arewithin the market, which product is of interest to each consumer, and how much money people are willing tospend on those products.MAIN DUTIES:

  • Planning and recommending new tests/ service enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.
  • Performing tests/product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders by direct communication with the clinicians in the hospitals and polyclinics to discuss medically the aim and the benefits of the laboratory tests.
  • Direct communication with our referral laboratories to discover their new tests/ service and the chances of introducing those tests as new tests/ service to our laboratories.
  • Preparing internal training material for the laboratory employees regarding the special tests/service inside the laboratory.
  • Conduct trainings to marketing and sales team about the new tests/ service.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and conveying this information to the CMO, Lab directors, sales team and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Scheduling training sessions and attending meetings as required.
  • Answering all new tests/ service related questions in a scientific way and addressing queries promptly.
  • Giving tests/ service recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.
  • Helping in establish pricing strategies and guidelines for new tests/ service development.
  • Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate tests/ service revisions accordingly.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams in tests/ service development activities.
  • Provide support for marketing collaterals, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, tradeshows and other promotional activities.
  • Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with business team to identify new customers and to retain existing customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with tests/ service knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
  • Maintain complete documentations for all tests/ service related activities.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of the laboratory staff about the tests/ service.
  • Help customers determine which tests/ service is the right choice for them
  • Demonstrate tests/ service functionality accurately and completely
  • Communicate with the laboratory technical staff to get the technical background about the laboratory service.
  • Seek self-improvement through mentoring and education from lab management and other laboratory seniors
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members
  • Remain in compliance with company guidelines at all times
  • Log all customer contacts including contact information for follow up
  • Follow up with potential customers
  • Monitors all aspects of the new test/service lifecycle, including long- and short-term development and marketing.
