Job Description

1-Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.2- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.3- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.4- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational change.5- Conduct research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.6- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.7- Promote the company?s products/services addressing or predicting clients? objectives.8- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.9- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.10- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.11- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.12- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.13- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.14- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.15- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.16- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.17- help to plan sales campaigns.18- create a sales pipeline.19- develop the business sales and marketing strategy.20- carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of director.21- negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases.22- increase sales of the business.23- seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
