Manager - Content duties include producing and publishing content, writing, editing and proofreading, formulating content strategies and managing a content team, among other tasks.The Manager - Content should be comfortable finding creative ways of building an online presence, as well as using analytics in the formulation of a content strategy. Here, content is defined as multimedia articles, blog posts, images or videos that aid in fostering engagement online. The candidate should possess the ability to think platform up and consumer first.ResponsibilitiesMotivate the team to create a collaborative, innovative and ambitious environmentWriting, editing and proofreading contentManage content across all platforms, including email and social mediaStay atop of current content and technology trends and how those may affect your client businessServe as the main point of contact for quality assurance across all phases of content developmentFormulating a cross-platform content strategyBrainstorm with team members to develop new ideasProvide editorial, creative and technical support to team membersTrack web analytics to ascertain content engagement levelsPerform consistently against all published KPIs and scorecard objectivesMonitor high performance content brands for case studies and best practicesEnsure participation in the regional and global awards that define the industryWriting, presenting, and publishing work - ensure thought leadership pieces on Content are published in industry portals by the teamLead one or two products within one of the 4 verticalsEnsure a high tier score in the client evaluations year on yearPresenting, designing or facilitating technical workshops for the team and clientsLead the content approval process with the client, with the necessary assistance from creative / art direction leadsTrack the performance of content programs, including post-program wrap-ups and recommendationsEnsure client commercial terms are met reflective of company policyManage and optimize costs within agreed budgetEnsure timely and accurate reporting of financials every quarterProvide project management excellence across development and execution of timelines, management of content production schedules, adherence to deadlines, set up/organize internal/client meetings, ongoing team communication and meeting materials for programManage, develop and execute program metrics/recaps/summaries as dictated by agency/client guidelines and systemsManage the budget and financial aspects of projectsManage status updates with clients and our teams, recap emails, leading partners meetings and other administrative tasksEnsure client compliance, process consistency and client quality assuranceMaintain positive relationships with all clients and vendor partnersProactively develop new relationships within the client (with an eye to upsell and cross sell broader Groupe proposition)Managing a content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, videographers & community managersEnsure clear objectives are set and monitored for all members of the teamQualifications4-6 years agency experience or in a similar roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly computer literate and advanced knowledge of HTMLProficiency with popular content management systemsExperience with social media managementCreativity and the ability to develop original contentAbility to develop content that provokes engagementStrong leadership qualitiesIdeally adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices, but not mandatoryExperience in the retail sector is ideal but not mandatoryManager - ContentRiyadh - Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaFull-time
