Role Profile: Reporting to the Maintenance Hygiene Manager, the candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of the spare parts and materials inventory control, issuing the PPM schedule & reactive maintenance jobs and ensuring that all tasks are completed in line with the service requirements. Ensure health and safety is adhered to and complete all necessary paperwork on maintenance and repair operations. This role requires the individual to have sound oral & written communication skills as well as maintain good interpersonal relationships.Qualifications & Requirements:You will have/be:3-5 years experience of working in an engineering administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.Worked as part of a team.Understanding of M&E equipmentA high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office and other business applications such as SAP or ORACLEExcellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
