Job Purposeyou will be leading the development and implementation of learning strategies, programs, designing E-learning courses, career plans, workshops, and more. You will be also maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants. The successful candidate should be passionate about helping people learn and grow and should have excellent communication skills.The responsibilities of the Learning and Development Manager will include, but are not limited to:? Create and execute learning strategies and programs.? Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.? Design and deliver E-learning courses, workshops, and other pieces of training.? Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training).? Track learning and training budgets and negotiate contracts.? Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.? Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
