-Work in a company with a solid track record of performance-Work alongside & learn from best in class talent-Opportunity to make a positive impactOur Client is hiring a full-time Junior Enterprise Risk Consultant.The JobYour Responsibilities will include:Experienced in international standards (COSO / ISO 31000) and associated compliance requirements.Have a strong understanding of Risk Management domain.Experience in monitoring and tracking Risks & Non-Conformities.Experienced in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework lifecycle Implementation activities.Experienced in developing ERM Policies, Procedures, Forms and Strategy.Experienced in developing Risk Registers, KRIs and Risks Heatmap for enterprise.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to influence stakeholders positively to take necessary actions.Have good presentation, analytical and report writings.Experienced in creating various Internal Reports and Dashboards using MS Office.Experienced in identifying, assessing, evaluating, and mitigating Business risks.Track and report on the Project deliverables and timelines.Identify areas of improvement and suggest changes.Put controls in place to ensure work is recorded and tracked properly and reported accurately.Organize and participate in review meetings, prepare MoMs and follow up on actions.Ideal CandidateSkills Required:2-3 years of experience in Managing ERM.Certified in COSO/ ISO33100/ ERMCP are preferableExperience in driving Risk and Control Self-assessment activities.Ability to build reports with stakeholders and ability to influence to get the required data on time.Excellent with Management Reporting, Reviews, Data Analytics.Hands-on experience in Policy management and Governance, Risk modelling, and Data analytics.Having experience in Risk Management related program implementation.Good knowledge of the latest regulatory requirements.Fluent in Arabic in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.Strongly collaborative and possess problem-solving skills.Should be flexible with the work hours.Ref: CV67O5P3JM Company Profile Snaphunt is a specialist recruiting platform that takes the pain out of hiring and job searching.
