Job Description

  • Develop, implement and manage investor relations programs.
  • Liaise between analysts, investors and investment stakeholders.
  • Develop an annual schedule of investor relations events.
  • Resolve investors? inquiries and develop corporate responses.
  • Monitor earnings call.
  • Develop quarterly earnings call script.
  • Prepare quarterly earnings press releases.
  • Design investor-based Q & As for investor community.
  • Communicate investors of key internal developments within the company.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with investors.
  • communicate with institutional shareholders relating to finance and industry logistics.
  • Manage and maintain third party relations effectively.
