Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain digital and paper records of employees and their personal files.
  • Prepare employee offer letters and contracts.
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Prepare HR budgets / forecasts for the company, and for projects.
  • Prepare necessary reports, as and when requested by other departments.
  • Keep record of Iqama / other legal documents and identify renewal requirements
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
Manage, maintain, and update the HR information system
