Job Description

AEI is seeking a passionate, skilled chef to run our residence kitchen. The Chef will be responsible for planning the menu, ensuring that each dish is tasty, nutritious and cost-effective, and collaborating with a team of kitchen staff to deliver food that meets the highest quality standards.Chef Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality
  • Preparing the menu in parallel with the budget
  • Overseeing all kitchen operations
  • Coordinating kitchen staff
  • Overlooking the stocks and ensuring all ingredients are of fresh quality
  • Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
  • Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh
