˙ To supervise; coordinate and control all the activities including (but not limited to) the installation, maintenance, refurbishment/modification, testing & commissioning of different makes of fire alarm and fire suppression systems according to client Standards and procedures, Life & Safety Systems.˙ To implement the schedule PPM schedule.˙ To troubleshoot, repair, always maintain the fire alarm system and fire suppression system always in healthy condition and available.˙ To carry out the Root Cause analysis of faults and establish permanent solutions of issues faced on fire alarm and fire suppression systems.˙ To comply with the safety standards while working (in-office/field activities)˙ To remain up to date in the field of Fire Alarm & fire suppression systems.˙ To provide work directions to subordinates and contract staff, while ensuring that all activities conform to applicable standards and per client policies and procedures.˙ To be a team player and enhances the smooth functioning between all the sections/disciplines within O&M Team, to ensure a high degree of reliability and availability of equipment and facilities. KEY RESULT AREAS- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES˙ Supervises all activities of assigned personnel at the client. Performs supervisory functions at the level established by the management for the position.˙ Receives and reviews incoming work requests for functioning and maintenance of equipment/system/facilities and other related services in the respective field of engineering.Processes the work requests after filling in the required materials, man hours, and skill levels. Allocates work to subordinates and contractors, checks progress providing instructions and advice as necessary and ensures that all the completed work conforms to established work standards and statutory requirements.
