& Role: Overlook finishing construction work and make sure it is delivered with quality within the project timeline and budget Coordinate project-related issues with concerned departments and facilitate the process Monitor and track the progress of projects against the agreed Baseline schedule. Provide regular reports to management on project progress Additional Requirements: Construction experience specially in the finishing area is MUST. Must be aware of all the finishing work like Building, tiles, marble, Reflected Ceiling, Skylights, Doors, Windows, Painting, Faade and Ceramics University Degree Architectural / Civil is MANDATORY 10 years experience in the construction field Extensive knowledge of construction best practices, equipment maintenance, and use, and OSH guidelines Ability to read drawings, plans, Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to communicate and report effectively Strong problem-solving abilities
