Employment: Full Time A very exciting opportunity has arisen in a start-up Logistics company in Riyadh. This company is a JV formed with 2 industry experts. We are searching for an experienced Finance Manager who will be with the company from its inception and shall see it through quick growth. Due to the urgency of the role, we are only shortlisting candidates who can join at Short Notice (ideally immediately)Candidates should already be living in Saudi Arabia due to the Covid-related border restrictions.ResponsibilitiesReport to the CFO, assisting in the selection and implementation of an ERP systemSet up the Chart of Accounts from scratchResponsible for P&LHiring of brand new finance team (up to 9 people based in the GCC) doing AR, AP, Credit ControlImplementation of Fixed Asset registerPrepare initial budget, forecasts and business plansProvide relevant analysis and feedback to enable finalization of the budgetsMonitor the cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity and timely collections from sales.Monitor foreign exchangeOversee regional taxes / VATOversee inventories and accounts receivablePrepare daily reports and data to top management about daily cashflow and daily takings.Prepare a three month rolling cash projectionPrepare MIS and Dashboard reportsAnalyse, research and report on factors affecting/ influencing business performance.Handle year-end auditors Salary: SAR 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: Qualified accountant (ideally who has trained in the Big 4 firms)Available to join at short noticeMust be currently based in Saudi ArabiaLogistics industry experience is highly preferable, retail will also be consideredExperience of overseeing, hiring, training a finance teamExceptional interpersonal skillsCommercially minded, all-rounder, strong in accountingUp to date with IFRSWe apologise that we cannot reply to everybody however we do guarantee that we look at every application.
