White Paper: https://fii-institute.org/en/Pages/FII-Institute-o...Position DescriptionAs the ESG Manager you will be part of a lean team with multiple responsibilities. Your main responsibility is to drive the development of the INCLUSIVE ESG? platform to a level at which it is a recognized resource for investors and companies globally. Specifically, you will coordinate activities to influence the capital markets, work directly with strategic Partners to add value and help build out and strengthen the FII Institute investment portfolio. You will own ?ESG?, but you will not be alone in it. As a team we will be champions for collaborative culture and the inclusion of diverse perspectives with work-life balance as bedrock principals. You can expect collaboration and material input from the Head Investment ?ACT?, the investment manager and colleagues across the FII Institute.On a day-to-day basis, you will report and work directly with the Head of Investment ?ACT? to build out and scale the INCLUSIVE ESG? platform. You will ensure that FII Institute staff, partners and investees become familiar with INCLUSIVE ESG? and provide value-added support services as needed. One of your core responsibilities will be to ensure that all FII Institute stakeholders understand and benefit directly from INCLUSIVE ESG? products and services.As the ESG Manager you will also work externally with industry leaders, strategic partners and investees to identify gaps, needs and solutions. In close collaboration with the overall ACT team, Communications, Xchange and THINK, you will manage next steps in the development of the INCLUSIVE ESG? platform.Position Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with Head of Act to develop and execute an effective approach to developing the INCLUSIVE ESG?platform
• Manage the delivery of ESG activities and services across the entire FII Institute ecosystem of stakeholders
• Also, implement INCLUSIVE ESG? framework and principles along the entire transactional and portfolio management lifecycle
• Lead investments based upon fit with experience and skillset
• Serve as a spokesperson for the FII Institute, building community and connectivity with ESG investors and Strategic Partners
