Leading/supervising the EM/CW implementation teams on field.
Discussing all EM/CW designs related issues with the customers.
Direct interface with the customer for the scope & project manager, schedule, invoicing, change request. etc.
Excellent knowledge on all E&M scope of works at site (Installation, Testing & commissioning)
Daily and weekly reports generation.
Escalate any issue related to the departments and Personnel.
Control the scope creeping.
Meeting the schedule deadline
Assure and control the quality.
Manage the stakeholders engagements and ensure their satisfactions.
Weekly progress meeting with client.
Preparing & following up implementation plan with the team, customer and management.
Manage and solve problems on a day-to-day basis.
Coordinate with customers Team leaders & managers to improve the project deliverables and clearing outstanding items.
Coordination with the project managers & field operation for implementation of the project/clearing blocking issues.
Mange field team and daily plan for them and supporting the 24/7 [support during MDT activities as well], send daily, weekly, monthly report to direct manager.
Excellent knowledge on telecom power and generator standardization for telecom operator companies.
Managing all team related issue including overtimes and on-call duties
