Lead a team of UX/UI Designers in providing engaging and intuitive user experiences for digital products
Lead user research: 1to1 interviews, contextual shadowing, task analysis, quantitative queries to verify the hypothesis, card sorting sessions
Lead ideation sessions: team ideation, customer co-creation
Lead user testing: 1to1 concept, journey and usability testings, arborescence testing, a/b testing
Help teams define and shape the experience strategy, facilitating work sessions with stakeholders and users to define key design goals and requirements.
Guide designers on design strategy related to research insights, execution, continuous integration, and automated deployment
Engaging with the delivery of work, where the work occurs to help empower and provide the right tools to deliver sprint goals
Mentor and coach the design teams, specifically with new ways of working and mapping strategy to execution
Identify and remove team impediments
Work with CPO and POs to align the roadmap to vision and continuous insights to ensure the voice of the customer is heard
