  • Job title : Customer service (call center agent)
  • Saudi Nationals Only
  • Joining Date is( Immediate )
  • Job location: Remote, working from Home ( Must be inside KSA)
  • Rotational shifts ( Total 9 hours - 8 hours and 1 hour Break)
  • 9:00 am ? 6:00 pm and 3:00pm ? 12:00 am (1 hour lunch break included)
  • Shift rotate twice a month.
  • Days off change every 6 weeks and rotational and are consecutive
  • Weekends : 2 days off ( Rotational)
  • Language :˙Fluency in Arabic (native) and English B1 level
  • Joining Date : ASAP
  • Full time job

  • Salary : (5000 SAR) plus Bonus plus Medical Insurance

  • Responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our services.
  • The Call center associate will handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller.
