Accountant (Payable & Receivable)Job Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Manage and maintain all aspects of payroll from scheduling to verification.?Analyze transaction information to identify refunds, delinquent accounts, and insufficient payments.?Prepare and disburse invoices to customers?Resolve issues with delinquent accounts through contacting and working with the customer.?Reconcile transactions with statements, Maintain accurate financial record of all receivable transactions, verifications, etc.?Secure financial data via data backups and security monitoring.?Offer creative budget, cash flow and other financial solutions as needed.?Collaborate with the A/C Head, fellow accountant and other finance department members to maintain company financial health, Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.?Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions. Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.?Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation, issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.?Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment, obtain revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.?Bank reconciliation, Audit involvement, Communication with Banks, Clients, Suppliers?Projects costing and profitability calculation, Petty Cash Management.
