Black & Grey HR is hiring for a Government Department in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an young and dynamic?UAE National HR Generalist who will be supporting the Head of Human Resources in creating, developing, and implementing HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have experience in?recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.- Preparing the departments strategic HR plan proposal and contributing to its development, and following up on the HR operational activations to ensure its balance with the departments objectives.- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information.- Developing a recruitment plan by studying vacancies in coordination with the relevant institutions and departments to identify and provide needs.- Help in preparing the budget and estimating the budget necessary for polarization and implementing it in light of the set plan.- Announcing job vacancies inside and outside the department by using the best methods of recruitment available to attract the best talent.- Preparing monthly statistical reports for indicators and periodic follow-up.- Coordination and communication with approved applicants to fill vacant positions to provide documents and supporting papers and certify them according to the conditions.- Supervising internal transportation operations according to the followed systems.Requirements- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or HR Administrator.- Must be a UAE National ready to work in Ras Al Khaimah.- Hand on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.- Knowledge of labor legislation.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.- Fluent in Arabic and English.BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits
