This job is located in Al-Jazeera Al-Hamra in Ras Al-Khaimah. It is for a small holiday homes rental company.Responsibilities include:? Enters and prepares the villas for cleaning.? Makes bed.? Dusts the room and furniture.? Replenishes guest rooms and bath supplies.? Cleans the bathrooms.? Cleans bedrooms/living rooms/corridors.? Cleans all furniture, the closets inside and outside, and all surfaces.? Cleans the kitchens and dishware.? Vacuums and mops floors.? Cleans the outdoor areas around the swimming pools.? Cleans balconies.? Cleans stairs.? Checks and secures the villas.? Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards? Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests? Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean bed linen, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required? Responsible for replenishment of guest complimentary water.? Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of his work area.? Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the villas.? Authorize to enter villas for cleaning and providing turndown services as per requirement.? Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score.? Cleans swimming pools (will be trained for that).? Cleans outdoor BBQs.? Cleans villa windows.? Some gardening work.? Cleans parking areas.? General cleaning duties.- Salary: 1,200 dhs with overtime. Will increase to 1,350 dhs after 6 months trial period.- Working hours: 8 hours, plus 1 hour lunch break.- Accommodation provided. Shared room.- Guests tips shared between staff.- Medical coverage as per government requirements.- 30 days vacation time per annum plus public holidays as per government announcements.- Food not included.- Return ticket to home country every 2 years
