Job Description

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • To ensure compliance with Client?Incident Free culture, Health and Safety and environment policy is delivering
  • Incident Free Shutdown.
  • To prepare the survey / construction works with the Project Team.
  • To ensure SIMOPS mitigations implementation.
  • To plan for the resources, equipment, tools, consumables, required for the construction activities offshore.
  • Maintain daily communication with onshore coordinators to ensure and report timely preparation and execution.
  • To implement necessary actions to guarantee objectives are achieved.
  • Provide inputs to daily offshore reports
ACTIVITIES
  • Adhere to Client?HSE policy, contributes to meeting the HSE objectives of the E&C
  • Supervision / Permit Authority of personnel for project also Assist with vendor / onshore engineer visits to offshore locations
  • Conducts daily safety tours, toolbox talk audits and ensures all safety issues are reported through site management in a timely manner
  • Participates in and contributes to meetings and workshops related to preparation as required
  • To perform risk analysis as required for the good performance of the works.
  • To develop tools as required to coordinate the offshore activities, from preparation stage up to completion offshore
  • To contribute to the Project Execution strategy and Project Execution Plan related to the offshore activities
  • To coordinate with FO (onshore and offshore) all along the progression of the works offshore
  • NDT inspections in relation to onshore queries piping/ mechanical and instrumentation CSCC work scope
  • To contribute to the close out dossier at the end of the project, as well as to participate to REX and Lessons learned.
  • To develop norms & execution strategy fit for purpose solutions along with Man-hour estimates for piping/ mechanical /instrumentation / structural for Scaffolding, specific tasks or modification related to CSCC work scope
  • To review Contractor?s progress reports related to mobilization (materials, equipment/tools, personnel,) as well as offshore, highlighting critical problems, drifts and dysfunctions if any.
  • To co-ordinate with QA/QC for all quality matters, including management of quality audits as needed for a continuous control of Contractors/Subcontractors.
  • Ensures and review required procedures and workpacks are prepared and available prior starting the works offshore
  • Verification of work status offshore ? liaising with Campaign Team, Production, QC and third party for sign off and completion
  • To participate to HAZID?s, Risk Assessments and JSA?s when required are prepared timely for validation by the OIM
  • Surveys and isometric drawings for spool fabrication / replacement (constructability, dimensional and clash checks).
  • Provide clarification to onshore queries (including photographs and dimensional checks)
  • Measuring and testing of bolts, flanges, actuators, pipe supports / Completion of inspection reports.
  • To coordinate production & approval of lifting plans.
  • Assist with planning and progress reporting
  • Provide assistance / technical support to onshore and offshore teams in CSCC portfolio
  • To proactively take responsibility for self-progression by proposing improvement of the tools, organization, ..., as required for the good performance of the project.
  • To carry out any other duties or tasks that may be assigned by his hierarchical superiors.
