Applicants should meet the following criteriaMinimum of 10 years of experience in the design, installation, supervision and commissioning of medium to large scale Building Management Systems and Integrated Building Management Systems. Professional registration is desirable.Wide knowledge of the BMS latest technologies and developments in ASHRAEs Standard 135: BACnetDiversified hands on experience in supervising the installation, start-up/commissioning and handing over of complex building management systems and integrations with the other ELV systems is a must.Wide experience in the commissioning of HVAC applications and district cooling plants, electrical and building services systems is a must.Exposure to other ELV like Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, Lighting Control Systems and Special Airport Systems is preferred.Familiarity with the basic IT requirements and communication networks like Ethernet, Profibus and Modbus experience are desirable.
