International Investments is looking for a vibrant real estate sales representative with very strong negotiation & communication skills ( both in Arabic & English) .Having own client base and knowledge of UK areas are preferred.Duties? Introducing new leads to the company through extensive networking as per monthly targets.? Capturing potential clients received through the company marketing campaigns or inbound/outbound call campaigns? Completing the sales process - from meeting with client to closing the deal.? Meeting clients and ensuring following up on their requirements? Making?recommendations to management . Preparing and submitting reports on time .? Presenting company projects in exhibitions??Developing own sales approaches and strategies to achieve sales goals? Seeking self learning . Ensure knowledge of products is thorough and is continuously updated .? Organizing and updateing own CRM account at all times.
