The successful candidate must have experience as a Head Chef or Outlet Chef, managing a team of 15 to 20 in an upscale casual restaurant. You must be experienced in recipe generation, being able to create new recipes to evolve and compliment the menu and further execute the vision created by the Development Chef.Excellent communication skills are required for the Head Chef to lead the culinary team.
