Job SummaryThe Group Organizational Engineering Manager is responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and design.He / She helps the organization understand the current and desired future states while taking a systemic approach to guiding the organization forward in the most operational and cost-efficient setup. In this capacity, the Group OE Manager supports and implements approved continuous improvement methodologies, tools to ensure long-term sustainable improvement and growth for the organization.This role supports continuous improvement by interacting and coaching the leadership and management team in Power International Holding (PIH) on proven methods to continuously increase their efficiency and enhance the overall business performance. The role collaborates with leadership to ensure organizational engineering work delivers the intended value to the organization.Job Responsibilities 1Develop and engage the organization in a compelling Organizational Design vision that enables the company to achieve its ambitions.Manages organizational development (OD) strategies and processes across all Power International Holding (PIH) entities.Apply strategic thinking to define strategies and initiatives for organizational effectiveness, then follow-ups on implementation and results.Assess, identify, develop, and implement projects and initiatives to drive transformation and change that supports the organizations overall strategy, objectives, and prioritiesBuilds and drives continuous organization improvement practice to scale-down / scale-up the organization size and cost accordingly to industry and market conditions.Assesses OD needs of operating, business, and functional units across PIH.Leads the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals.Strong understanding of organizational structures: functional, multi-divisional, flat, matrix, circular, team-based, and network structuresDesigns and executes key programmatic elements of the OD process.Assists with the provision of expert facilitation and coaching to Organization Engineering Specialists regarding OD methods and tools.Plans and leads short- and long-term planning for OD programs.Job Responsibilities 2Be responsible for any specific corporate priorities and those relating to the successful development and implementation of organizational transformation and improvement strategies.Prepares budgetary recommendations that meet departmental manpower goals and provide for effective management of resources.Supervises a group of Organization Engineering Specialists and Officers.Additional Responsibilities 3Building a Culture of Continuous Improvement:i. Fosters a culture of operational excellence by teaching, coaching, encouraging and acknowledging data-driven problem-solving.ii. Facilitates knowledge sharing and best practices across Corporate and Operation Centre functions.iii. Influences others to accept proven practices.Job Knowledge & SkillsKnowledgeExcellent experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational development or related experience in a large, diverse corporate culture.Good Experience compiling KPIs & data management, reporting, metrics, etc. and related reporting systems/platforms.Experience with benchmarking.Recognized subject matter expert in continuous improvement methods and tools obtained through advanced education and work experience.Demonstrated ability to lead and achieve measurable improvements to operations, financial, and quality performance metrics.Strong demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.Solid experience planning, organizing, analyzing and problem-solving Solid know
