We champion entrepreneurial culture to unlock full potential by bringing energy to the world.Partner with the bestAs a General Operations Support Specialist, you will be working with ITO and OTR, providing the Job cost estimation, Gantt chart, cost control sheet, Support on Top outages preparation, Scope of work analysis, identifying the Resources, tools and duration required for the job.As a General Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Integrating and developing the plans for the outages in both ITO and OTR phases.
• Working closely with Commercial Operations and Service Managers to ensure the optimized cost efficient plans are set for the outages through the Gantt chart and the detailed Job Cost Estimation and cost control sheets.
• Planning outage events including SoW, outage preparation, organization from start to finish, supervision, outage planning schedule, outage duration & optimizations, outage cost & productivities, resources definition (FSE, craft labor, contractors, suppliers), tooling, logistics, mobilization planning, JCE , manage on job cost tracking, outage reconciliations, and events close out, implementing lesson learned & FMEA.
• Technical interface & contribution with sales, finance, commercial, engineering and project managers on financial pacing, cost classification, margin review and related opportunities & projects.
• Working with web systems applications such as P6,FAP, Oracle Field Services, Field Services Portal, for proper allocation, preparation & planning.
• Supporting strategic initiatives across the region for all field Services/ Quality/ HSE.

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor?s degree in an engineering or equivalent of 7 years in Oil & Gas field industrial experiences.
• Have strong HSE & Quality background.
• Have experience of managing complex outages gas / steam turbine & compressor, generator, & auxiliary system outage planning and execution especially in LNG services project.
• Have previous experience as Installation, Outage or Site Manager, FSE, in O&G Industry with at least 5 years of experience.
• Have experience in planning and executions of installations/outages.
• Have the willingness and ability to travel to sites and to customer meetings.
• Be fluent in English.
• Have strong leadership, interpersonal skills & team leader in a dynamic, energetic and complex customer site environment, equipped with quick learning capability and well ownership.
• Have the ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and external customers.
• Have good communication skills, able to influence stakeholders to deliver customer & business needs.
• Have the ability to work multiple projects simultaneously and effectively in a cross-functional team.
