Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support to MOJ SAK
  • Troubleshooting to MOJ SAK issues and ensuring the quality of software within MOJ SAK environments
  • Analyzing and solving problems within MOJ related to MOJ SAK system
  • Conducting Quality Assurance and testing of MOJ SAK system
  • Acting as an intermediary between the MOJ and to MOJ SAK partner
  • Collaborating with other functional teams and roles
  • Managing multiple support cases simultaneously
  • Provide end user training to MOJ SAK staff.
