Job Description

  • Answer the customers Inquiries (Calls & Live Chat).
  • Solving the customer complaints.
  • Escalating the complaints to the manager
  • Replying the emails from the customers through info email.
  • Checking the address for the customers.
  • Communicating with Operations team to solve customer?s complaints.
  • Giving the customer sessions on how to place orders on the application.
  • Updating tickets for each single call & chat received.
  • Updating missing items charges on the system.
  • Following up the orders (Payment & Received & Ready. Etc) with the restaurants.
  • Passing the complaints from the customers to restaurants.
  • Updating the cancellation sheet with refunds and bad order cases.
  • Coordinating with the other departments to maintain Snoonu reputation with proper answers to customers (Sales team, Marketing, OPTs... etc.)
  • Handling Delivered By Partner Orders Issues.
  • Escalate Major issues to the Manager,
  • Any other tasks assigned by Customer Service Manager.
  • Responsible for Online Customer Application.
