Job Description

Strategic Communications and Partnership building

  • Conceptualize, develop and execute measurable communications strategies and initiatives, aligned with business objectives, for both internal and external audiences.
  • Support the head of communication in creating and implementing robust internal communication frameworks and methodologies across the Corporate Centres in India.
  • Lead the delivery of a consistent brand and messaging strategy through impactful, innovative and engaging programs, channels and initiatives.
  • Spearhead site communications for Hyderabad
  • Interweave local, country-wide and global priorities to maintain a balance and effective air traffic control of communication interventions in a highly matrixed environment
  • Lead, manage and support the execution of high priority leadership and large-scale employee events across locations in India
  • Build and manage communication infrastructure across the sites, to enable smooth delivery of campaigns and messaging
Hands on Content and Channels Management
  • Write simple, relevant and impactful articles, blogs and executive messages to support stakeholder priorities and drive people engagement.
  • Curate corporate and people stories for internal and external storytelling
  • Build and engage a strong delivery network across locations to implement communication initiatives and source stories from the ground.
  • Plan and execute high-impact creative communication campaigns and initiatives for flagship programs
  • Encourage a two-way communication culture by mobilizing managers with message tool kits and templates to ensure smoother and effective communication flow within the organization
  • Shoulder everyday responsibility of managing identified channels (Broadcast email/ intranet/ newsletter/ magazine/ digital signage etc.)
  • Bring innovation to communications through the various channels
  • Analyze and report on content and channels efficacy to develop/ revise communication strategy
  • Ensure internal communications? consistency and effectiveness by creating effective internal communication processes and guidelines
  • Develop and manage measurement criteria and processes that effectively evaluate internal communications programs
Core Competencies
  • Work Experience (12-15 years), with at least six years hands-on experience in managing internal communications.
  • ITeS/BPO/KPO experience preferred, though not mandatory
  • Exceptional written, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-driven and motivated with strong work ethic and integrity
  • Can-do, entrepreneurial attitude that supports an aggressive functional roadmap
  • Strong team player who celebrates collective success
  • Highly responsive with the ability to deliver amid tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as well as partnering with and managing multiple stakeholders

  • Good knowledge of different channels and platforms to deliver content effectively to targeted audience whether internal or external
