This function was established in 2007 and is a growing area within Telenor.This role will be working in a small, open team where each team member will have the opportunity to influence technical directions.Goals

• Evolve the products through structured CR processes
• Supporting BUs in data extraction upgrades and existing data deliverables
• Deliver on operational goals as per the departmental strategy and targets
• Deliver to agreed SLAs & KPIs with stakeholders
• Identify and suggest areas to improve
• Develop, modify, and enhance data washing algorithms to produce state of the art data quality
• Contribute towards the team and organizational goals
• Develop new integrations and build processes which supports business needs
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

• Web development (frontend and backend)
• Desktop apps development and maintenance of legacy desktop applications (.NET).
• Database development & administration (MS SQL Server).
• Maintain ETL processes running on SSIS.
• Maintain AWS application platform
• 2nd line application support
• Technical SPOC on Business Units implementations

• Education: Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science, IT or relevant.

• 4-6 years of relevant experience with .NET Framework / .NET 6 (C#, VB.NET), WebAPI (REST), ASP.NET MVC, WebForms, WinForms
• Experience of front-end development with React + Redux and JQuery
• Proven hands-on Software Development experience
• Knowledge/experience of AWS application platform management
• Experience of working with Terraform
• Expert knowledge and experience of working with MS SQL Server
• Expert knowledge /experience of working with
  • T-SQL
  • SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS, ETLs)
  • SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS, OLAP, MDX)
  • SQL Server Reporting Services
  • tSQLt
• Experience of working in Agile environment
• Experience on working with Github / Bitbucket, Jira & Confluence
• Experience in developing, modifying, and enhancing data and metadata service components
• Expert implementing ETL processes and creating ETL scripts
• Experience on working with ftp server sw.
