Job Description

Position Title: Associate ? Rider ComplianceDepartment: Delivery & LogisticsLocation: KarachiWe?re looking for a highly-driven and motivated ?Associate Compliance? for our team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor ? comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team. This role will be based in Pakistan and will report to the ?Lead ? Fleet Management?.Responsibilities:

  • Training BPO agents for the changes in SOP.
  • Keeping a strong eye on the improvement areas and suggesting changes under the rider compliance domain.
  • Frequent visits to BPO for audit purpose.
  • Rider communication.
  • Auditing tasks assigned to BPO agents and taking corrective actions if needed.
  • Escalating errors made by BPO agents along with strong follow up of actioning
  • Taking care of escalations made from cross functional teams.
Requirements:
  • +6 months experience in e-commerce
  • Bachelors in business
  • Strong excel and analytical skills
  • Problem Solving mind set
