Employment: Full Time The role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a clients specifications.Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.Combines marketing and social media management skills to design and enhance company social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.Works to create innovative social media campaignsJob Duties:Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.The position requires constant communication with colleagues.Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, JQuery and APIs.Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications.Manage current online job portal and company websitesIntegrating data from various back-end services and databasesBe responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling websitesStay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activitiesIntegrate website with payment gatewaysShould know to develop online training portalPerform regular file backups to local directories for recoveryManaging and marketing company social media pages.Should know email marketingTo do google ads and social media paid promotions to increase the website traffics.To create innovative social media campaigns REQUIREMENTS: Skills:Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization processAggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skillsStrong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumenAbility to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.Implement testing tools that monitor the ongoing performance of the company websiteNumber of Years of Experience:1-2 years preferably with Website designing and developing experience.Qualification:BS Computer Science or Specialization in Web development
